ABOUT ME

Hi beautiful people, thank you for being here!
For the last six years yoga has been a huge part of my life, helping me to find balance and strength, not only physically but also mentally.
This journey inspired me to share the practice with others, and in November 2023 I travelled to New Zealand to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa yoga. I’m now more excited than ever to share the transformative power of yoga with you.
Based in North Wales, I offer tailored private 1:1 and group yoga classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility. Mindfulness and breathwork are thoughtfully woven throughout each session, nourishing the mind, body, and soul—so you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, swimming, or pottering in the garden. It’s no surprise, then, that I’m a passionate advocate for the calming and restorative effects nature can have on our minds and nervous systems.
I believe yoga and nature go hand in hand. With this in mind, my aim is to bring yoga into the wild Welsh landscape, helping people connect more deeply with this beautiful environment while finding balance and calm in our busy day-to-day lives. My classes and retreats are centred on grounding, releasing stagnant energy, and leaving you feeling revitalised.
