Service Description

Rebalance & rejuvenate with beach yoga and sauna session at Sawna Bach. Practice 45 minutes of yoga on the beach, followed by an optional sea dip and warming herbal tea & snack. Then head over to the woodfired sauna as the sun starts to set over the island. What's included:- - 45 minutes of beach yoga - 80 minute sauna session - Herbal Tea & Snack - Optional sea dip The schedule:- 18:00: Meet at the Sauna at 'Porth Tyn Tywyn car park, Aberffraw, LL63 5TD' (What3words: plotted.pocketed.plodding) 18:15: We'll begin with 45 minutes of yoga, breathing the fresh sea air, rejuvenating the mind and body through movement and breathwork. 19:00: Your yoga practice will be followed by herbal tea and energy boosting bliss balls (plus an optional* dip in the ocean to refresh and invigorate, for those willing to brave the chilly temperature, releasing endorphins and enhancing your mood!) 19:30: We finish the experience with an indulgent 80 minute heat therapy session at Sawna Bach in their beautiful woodfired sauna overlooking the dunes, and another dip in the sea to cool off should you so choose! What you'll need:- - Yoga mat - Warm layers - it can be chilly on the beach! - Travel/camping mug for your herbal tea - A blanket for keeping cosy on the beach - Plenty of water - 2x towels, one for drying off and one for sitting on in the sauna - Swimsuit - Sea shoes if you're planning on going in the sea - Coins for parking meter (£1 an hour - parking is free for the hour you're using the sauna) - Optional: A dry or changing robe Early booking recommended as there are only 8 spaces available! Things to know: - There are toilets on site for sauna guests but no private changing rooms.  - There's a cold shower at the sauna if you'd prefer to cool off that way! *PLEASE NOTE: Swimming in the sea is done entirely at your own risk, there's NO life guard at Porth Tyn Tywyn beach.  Due to the nature of this experience and the unpredictability of Welsh weather - there's always a small possibility we may need to reschedule at short notice. In the event of bad weather (i.e. heavy rain and/or wind), we'll arrange another date, if you're unable to attend the new date or any other upcoming dates you'll be issued a gift voucher to use on future events or a full refund 💛

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited spaces the following cancellation policy is in place for this event: Should you wish to cancel or transfer your booking this can be done up to 7 days prior to the start date. Cancellations with less that 7 days notice will be non-transferrable or refundable, however every effort will be made to fill your space - if we're able to do so you will be refunded the cost of your ticket minus a small admin fee of £5.
